VVS AIR acts as an air charter broker. VVS AIR is not a direct air carrier and does not own, operate, or exercise operational control over aircraft used for charter transportation.
Operating carrier
All charter air transportation is performed by independent direct air carriers that hold the economic authority required by the U.S. Department of Transportation and the safety authority required by the Federal Aviation Administration, or the corresponding authority required by an applicable foreign regulator. The direct air carrier maintains operational control of the flight, including responsibility for the aircraft, crew, flight operations, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Role of VVS AIR
Depending on the transaction, VVS AIR may act as an indirect air carrier or as an authorized agent of the charterer or direct air carrier. The capacity in which VVS AIR acts will be disclosed in connection with a specific charter arrangement.
Flight-specific disclosures
Before contracting for a specific flight or series of flights, VVS AIR will provide disclosures required by applicable law, including the identity of the direct air carrier in operational control, the capacity in which VVS AIR is acting, and information concerning applicable broker liability insurance. Upon request, additional information may include the total cost, known third-party fees, and certain business relationships relevant to carrier selection.
Changes and cancellation rights
If required information is unavailable when a contract is entered or later changes, it will be provided within a reasonable time after becoming available and before transportation begins. Where applicable law requires, the charterer will be given an opportunity to accept the change or cancel and receive the refund required by law and the governing charter agreement.

Aircraft shown or referenced on this website are illustrative unless expressly identified in a flight-specific agreement. Aircraft availability, operator, equipment, routing, scheduling, amenities, and pricing are not guaranteed until confirmed under applicable written terms.
Regulatory basis
This disclosure is intended to reflect the air charter broker requirements in 14 C.F.R. Part 295. Flight-specific documents and applicable law control if there is any inconsistency.
